Entrust America, Inc. and Opt-Out Detectives formed a joint venture to create US Privacy Associates.
The US Privacy Associates (the "Company") adopted a US Privacy Associates' Founding Master Agent Revenue Participation Plan
Plan effective as of November 1, 2009. The Company desires to attract, recruit and retain key individuals to promote our product and service offerings and participate in the revenues from US Privacy Associates' retail initiatives. The Plan allows remuneration in the means of commissions and allows for a sale incentive plan that is performance based.
The purposes of this Plan are as follows:
(1) To further the growth, development, and financial success
of the Company by providing additional incentives to certain of its field force members
and the marketing partners of its subsidiaries.
(2) To permit such marketing partners to benefit directly from the
Company's growth, development, and financial success.
(3) To enable the Company to attract and retain the services
of the type of managerial and marketing partners considered essential to
the long-range success of the Company.

US Privacy Associates is comprised of Customers, Affiliants and Independent Agents (Associates) that will represent the most comprehensive identity recovery package bundled with the protection of a Redaction Package. - One share Unit in 1% Combined Gross Sales of the Consumer to Consumer (retail) Division, US Privacy Associates in total sales of thier Privacy Protection Packages.
- Revenue Share in perpetuity until a 10 time investment pay out or R.O.I. is earned.
